Aditi Chintawar is a globally Certified Career Counselor who completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, Maharashtra. She worked for a few years at Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Engineer.

 

She holds a certification in Global Career Counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) along with Green Belt Certification from India.

 

When comparing the statistics of the USA with India, the ratio of counselors to students in the USA is 1:10 whereas In India it is 1:1000. So, the main motive is to lessen that gap and counsel as many students as possible to make this country brighter and stronger in education.

 

Aditi chose to become a Career Counselor because of her passion to help children with their career challenges. Her counseling helps to recognize the right aptitude, attitude,  and interest in every child and suggest options for higher studies accordingly. Aditi feels every single child is gifted and talented in a particular area and if they focus on their skills they can surely succeed in life. As a Counselor, she tries her best to identify that talent to show them the correct path! :-)
